After 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kristen began to see what companies were lacking in support for her buyer clients - the major one being in pools. Proper pool inspections were hard to come by and companies willing to offer good, honest, quality services seemed scarce. With this in mind, Nick Robinson began researching and learning all he could about the pool industry. He dedicated countless hours shadowing industry experts, attending training sessions, and gaining hands-on experience alongside professionals with over 20 years in the field. Nick gathered the basic supplies needed and used his family’s vehicle to start cleaning pools, slowly adding more customers and building his first route.

Pool Boss began in Nick’s garage, and today, it has grown into a thriving business with a full office, showroom, and a team of talented employees. We now have dedicated divisions for Service & Repairs and Construction & Remodels. Despite our growth, our mission has remained the same: to provide good, honest, and quality service with a hands-on, family-run approach.

Nick still works in our office but also alongside our crews in the field, ensuring we never lose the personal touch our clients appreciate. You will find Kristen in our office each day doing a little of everything the company needs, you will even find her out in the field too. They believe the most successful way to thrive and maintain the quality Pool Boss has always provided is to be hands on with each employee, knowing how to do every job the company requires to function.
